About The Purple Cow Restaurants...

The Purple Cow is an exciting midscale full-service “Diner” concept, which has been located at 981 Laskin Road since January 2000.

The Purple Cow concept features a “Soda Fountain, Diner, Burger Joint” menu, with emphasis on: Home-made Soups, Entree Salads, Burgers, Toasted and Grilled Deli Sandwiches, Gourmet Wraps, and Fountain Specialty Desserts. Items include our Delicious She Crab Soup, a Sante Fe Salad, Old Fashioned Patty Melt, Bleu-Cheese Burger, Grilled Chicken Caesar Sandwich, Classic Smoked Club, Blackened Tuna Steak Wrap, Nutty Bird and a range of desserts made with our homemade ice cream.

Our Purpose is to glorify God by being faithful stewards of all that is entrusted to us and to have a positive influence on all who come in contact with the Purple Cow.
